Houston-Area Developer Named as One of the Fastest Growing Middle-Market Companies
THE WOODLANDS, TEXAS (May 17, 2022)—The Houston Business Journal has ranked The Signorelli Company as the third fastest-growing middle-market company in the Houston area. The developer earned a significant increase from the previous ranking of number 16 on the 2021 list based on the pioneering of multiple dynamic Houston-area projects and the leadership of President and Chief Executive Officer Danny Signorelli. Recognized as a leader in multiple markets, The Signorelli Company is one of the largest privately held development companies in the state of Texas and continues to build on a history of diversified real estate projects in single-family, multi-family, recreational, retail, commercial and mixed-use developments.
“The Signorelli Company is proud to be recognized as a business leader in Greater Houston after years of continued demonstrated growth and dedication to our vision,” said Signorelli. “This acknowledgment is a testament to our company’s sound leadership and the unwavering commitment of our team’s pursuit of building the finest places where families can live, work, shop and play. It is an honor to lead this ambitious and hard-working team and we look forward to bringing more dynamic, amenity-rich communities to Greater Houston and beyond.”
Among The Signorelli Company’s newest projects is Austin Point, which will be located in Fort Bend County, at the future intersection of Grand Parkway and Fort Bend Parkway. This promising development will create more than 14,000 single-family homes and 15 million square feet of space to serve multi-family, office, medical, retail and hospitality needs. Expected to be the largest master-planned community in Fort Bend County in over 36 years, the development will bring the population and rider demand to support the Grand Parkway expansion, along with thousands of jobs and a tax base equipped to uplift the local community, school districts and businesses.
In Montgomery County, The Signorelli Company recently announced its intent to develop a 256-acre master-planned community in Conroe, TX, a leading submarket for new home starts due to its consistent and rapid growth. The project will include more than 800 homes alongside a Conroe Independent School District elementary school site to further support the community as more families move into the Conroe market. The design dedicates over 45 acres of preserved green space, lakes and recreation amenities as part of The Signorelli Company’s ongoing commitment to pioneering green markets.
Since its establishment in 1994, The Signorelli Company has enjoyed extraordinary growth. Today, the company employs 188 team members across seven divisions, building in nearly 30 communities. The company also has a portfolio of master-planned developments, which total approximately 20,000 acres throughout the nine-county region making up Greater Houston.
